Our quotes are calculated using CAD software, resulting in accurate materials estimates and preventing unnecessary costs. All quotes contain detailed line items for each phase of your project that are straight forward and easy to understand.
Unless otherwise requested, all projects are quoted to a meet the minimum level of National Building Code requirements and to standard level finishes. This establishes the minimum baseline cost of your project, which can then be upgraded to any level of finishes desired.
Project startup meeting
Before work begins, one of our project managers will meet with you to answer any specific questions or concerns you may have about the project, and establish the protocol for site access, work hours, and scheduling. For clients using our planning & design service, the design meeting would also occur at this time.
